How Does It Work?

Pinhole collimation focuses the heart in the fields of view creating a high-count rate image.  The composite collimators simultaneously create 18 separate views of the heart, all active during imaging.

A Philips Vertex dual-detector camera has been adapted

for Multi-Pinhole collimator to each detector.
